Outcomes Meeting Online Abstract Submission

Please rename your abstract file name to the last name of the first author. Your abstract must fit into one box only, including any tables or graphics. If you are submitting more than 4 abstracts, add a number to the end of the last name. For example: dain1.doc, dain2.doc

To upload your abstract:

Click the Browse button below, a new dialog box should appear (if it does not, please use a newer version of Netscape or Internet Explorer)
Locate the abstract on your computer's disk and press OK or OPEN

When the file name is indicated above or to the left of the Browse Button, type your e-mail address in the box below for comfirmation of receipt of your abstract :
